"Incredible experience with Nick and the team over at Charlie Mcqueeny State Farm in Charleston,SC! I had a super unfortunate circumstance with a total loss vehicle - I immediately followed up with the at fault driver’s insurance, where I was sent to a call center and was told it would be 2 weeks before I would hear back from their adjuster. It seemed off to me, so I reached out to State Farm and went through my own insurance instead. Within an hour I had a rental car (at their max daily amount - I didn’t have to fight and beg to get a descent per day cost from SF) and was back on the road! I cannot recommend this team enough!"
